Absolutely not. Visa acceptance or rejection is the sole decision of the respective country's embassy or consulate. Our role is to ensure your application is submitted accurately and professionally to maximize your chances of success.
Visa fees and consultancy fees are strictly non-refundable. This includes the Official Fees (embassy charges) and our Filing & Consultancy Fee. The only exception is if your application had not yet been submitted to the embassy.
Timelines fluctuate significantly based on the country and the embassy's current workload. Wait times for physical appointments (e.g., Schengen, US) can cause long delays. Always apply well in advance, and check the tentative wait time with us first.
For many major destinations (e.g., Schengen countries, US, Australia), physical appearance is mandatory for document submission and/or biometrics. Our team will communicate the necessary appointment details to you.
We provide expert guidance on what documents you need (bank letters, verification, etc.), but you are responsible for obtaining these documents yourself from the relevant third-party organizations.
💲 Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds are governed by the specific Booking Conditions of the fare or room you select. You must check the cancellation deadline and fee deductions before confirming your booking. Non-refundable fares/rooms are clearly marked.
* Flight Refunds: Up to 30 working days (due to airline processes).
* Hotel Refunds: Up to 7 working days.
* Travel Insurance Refunds: Up to 15 working days.
Changes to hotel or flight dates depend entirely on the specific cancellation and amendment rules set by the airline and hotel. Changes are often permitted only conditionally, and usually require additional expenses.
