Please note that the visa of any country is solely issued by the embassy or consulate of that respective country. PJ Star Travels cannot influence the final visa decision of any embassy or consulate.
Below are the terms and conditions governing our services.
Our team will professionally advise you on the required documents for your visa application.
Existing Documents: You may already possess items like your CNIC, Passport, etc.
Third-Party Documents: In cases where bank statements or organizational letters are required, PJ Star Travels will provide guidance, but you are responsible for obtaining these documents from the respective banks or organizations.
Once you provide all required documents based on our guidance, our team will initiate the application process.
Online Applications: For countries allowing online submissions, our team files the application professionally to avoid errors.
Physical Appearance: For countries like the Schengen states, Australia, the US, etc., you may be required to physically appear for document submission or biometrics. This is mandatory, and we will notify you of the schedule.
Wait Times: Countries requiring physical appearance utilize an appointment system. High demand (e.g., US, Schengen) can lead to significant delays.
Responsibility: These delays are external and not the fault of PJ Star Travels. We advise checking tentative wait times with us prior to starting your application.
Fluctuations: Processing times change frequently based on embassy workload.
Advice: Always apply with ample spare time. While we can provide estimates, we cannot control sudden changes in embassy processing speeds.
No Guarantee: PJ Star Travels does not guarantee a visa issuance under any circumstances.
Embassy Authority: Acceptance or rejection is the sole prerogative of the embassy.
Our Role: We ensure your application is filed accurately and on time to maximize your chances of success.
Visa charges must be paid at the start of the process. These are categorized into:
Official Fees: Charged by the embassy or visa application center.
Filing & Consultancy Fee: Charged by PJ Star Travels for our professional guidance and processing services.
Non-Refundable: Visa charges and consultancy fees are generally non-refundable.
Exception: A refund is only possible if your visa application was never submitted/applied for.
At PJ Star Travels, we specialize in providing affordable and high-quality Umrah packages for pilgrims. The following terms apply to full or partial Umrah services.
Authority: Authorized by the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. We act as a facilitator to submit your application.
Timeline: Visas are typically issued within 2-10 days (subject to change due to holidays or political situations).
Processing: We post your visa within 2 days of receiving full payment.
Refusals: If a visa is refused or marked “Sent to Embassy,” we cannot alter the decision. New applications may require new fees.
Non-Refundable: Once posted, visa fees are non-refundable.
Overstaying: You must exit Saudi Arabia before visa expiry. Failure to do so results in an absconding fine of SAR 25,000.
Validity: Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of application.
Currency: Fees quoted in PKR/MYR may change due to foreign exchange fluctuations (SAR).
PJ Star Travels facilitates bookings based on your budget and preference but does not own the hotels.
Room Allocation: Managed strictly by the hotel reception. We cannot guarantee specific room numbers.
Quality: We recommend reading online reviews before confirming a hotel to manage expectations.
Availability: In peak seasons, if a booked hotel becomes unavailable, you may be shifted to a hotel of a similar standard.
Changes/Cancellation: Once you arrive for Umrah, cancellations are not possible. Changing hotels will require a new booking and payment.
Amenities: Extra mattresses/beds for kids are usually not provided unless booked in advance.
Distance: Distances to Haram Sharif are estimates calculated from the outer boundary of the Haram.
Transport is a paid service available for Airport transfers and Makkah-Madinah travel.
Jeddah Arrivals: Options include Shared Transfers (bus), Private Transfers, or Train.
Shared Bus: Drops at Ibrahim Khalil Road (max point: Palestine Hotel). You must arrange your own transport from there to your hotel if it is not on the route.
Madinah Arrivals: Shared transport is generally not available; private transfer is required.
Special Needs: We strongly recommend private transfers for elderly passengers or those with special needs.
Return to Airport: Notify the helpline on your voucher 1 day in advance to confirm your pickup time.
Luggage: Passengers are responsible for loading/off-loading their own luggage.
Details: Always check your Name, Passport Number, and DOB on the e-ticket immediately upon receipt. Notify us instantly of any errors.
Airport Arrival: Arrive at least 4 hours before departure.
Baggage: Strict airline rules apply; no additional weight is allowed without payment to the airline.
Government Employees: A NOC is mandatory.
Refunds/Changes: Subject to airline rules. Refunds (if eligible) can take up to 45 days.
Group Tickets: Issuance may be delayed up to 1 day before departure.
